Synergist Law, P.C. is a boutique trial firm in San Rafael that accepts a limited number of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex pharmaceutical matters each year. We take fewer cases than most plaintiffs’ firms by design: the matters we handle generally require medical, pharmacological, and procedural work that does not fit a volume model, and many of them are resolved only after motion practice, trial, or appeal.
The results summarized on this page reflect that selective caseload. We publish final, verifiable outcomes — published appellate decisions, trial verdicts, and resolutions of record — rather than isolated settlement figures that cannot be independently confirmed. Each entry links to a longer case summary that describes the procedural posture, the issues presented, and the resolution in plain terms. The goal is to give prospective clients, referring attorneys, and the public an accurate picture of the work this firm actually does.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Every case is different, and the result in any particular matter depends on the specific facts, applicable law, and venue. The results summarized below are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a prediction or guarantee of result in your matter.

Osaze v. Aparicio-Gee (2026) A173403
Date: September 29, 2026
Court: California Court of Appeal, First Appellate District, Division Two (Published)
Subject Matter: Wrongful death — unwitnessed fall; premises liability; admissibility of expert testimony
The Court of Appeal reversed a grant of summary judgment entered against the plaintiffs in a wrongful death action arising from an unwitnessed fatal fall at a Daly City veterinary hospital. Applying Kaney v. Custance and Sargon Enterprises, Inc. v. University of Southern California, the court held that circumstantial evidence and properly supported expert testimony were sufficient to raise triable issues of material fact regarding causation. The decision is published and available for citation.
Why Our Results Section Looks Different
First, we report only final, verifiable outcomes — appellate decisions of record, trial verdicts, and judgments — rather than cherry-picked settlement numbers that readers cannot confirm. Second, appellate work is included alongside trial work. Published opinions are a meaningful measure of a firm’s willingness to litigate difficult legal issues to resolution, and not every plaintiffs’ firm carries matters that far.
